Other Ways to Give Your Sunday Offering

Pre-Authorized Debit Withdrawals

Set up automatic withdrawals from your debit account:

  1. Fill in the authorization form (below) and return it with a sample of your cheque marked `VOID`
  2. Bring the completed form to the parish office. After office hours you can just insert it through the mail opening on the office door.
  3. In case you change your bank or want to discontinue the automatic withdrawals please contact office, 604-298-4144.
  4. Income Tax receipt will be issued for all donations.

Credit Card - Pre-Authorization Form

If you are interested to apply for Pre-Authorization (Visa/Master Card/AMEX /Discover) to be charged each month from your account, please fill out the authorization form below.

This is our preferred method of collecting credit card donations as it helps us better track your contributions.

Once you fill out the form, you can deliver it to the office in one of three ways:

  • Email the form to the parish office at shel.secretary@rcav.org 
  • Drop the form at the parish office in person
  • Drop the from into the collection basket on Sunday

You are welcome to make your donations through the Archdiocese of Vancouver’s My Sunday Offering platform.

This is a fully online, third-party platform. Though our preference for donor tracking is the credit card authorization form through the parish, this is a good option for those who’d prefer to keep their giving completely online.

Cash - Parish Envelopes

You are welcome to use your parish envelopes to donate cash during the Sunday collection at Mass.

Even if you're enrolled in Pre-Authorized Giving, we kindly ask that you continue submitting your Sunday envelope each week. Here’s why:

When you joined our school community, part of that commitment was a desire to grow in faith and be actively involved in the life of the Church. While Pre-Authorized Giving helps support St. Helen’s financially (and we’re so grateful!), it doesn’t show whether your family is joining us in person at Mass.

Dropping your empty envelope—marked “P/A”—into the basket each week is a simple way to say, “We’re here, we’re part of this parish, and we value being present in worship.” It helps us stay connected and continue walking in faith together.
